This is now my second Ad Patina order. Growing up and flipping through magazines, ripping out your dream car from an ad and hanging it on your wall was what I did. It’s nice to have a company that sends pristine copies of the cutouts to hang up to match the garage. I’ll be ordering again, and again.

This ad means more to me than it would most. I personally know the entire backstory to this ad because I was actually there! It was me and my now husband’s second date! He was working at the animal park and invited me to come with him on set. At the end of the day I even got to ride on Tank, the rhino. I just bought this ad for my husband for our 32nd wedding anniversary. While I wish it would’ve been cheaper, it was worth it just to see his face when I gave it to him. A moment we will cherish forever! While I don’t have a photo of me riding Tank, I do have photos of me with him. He was massive and the sweetest!

After missing out on a particular ad I reached out to Nick to ask him to keep me in mind if he ever found another. Out of the blue, a few months later an email came through saying he had happened on another one. We chatted a bit about our shared appreciation for the car in question - who doesn't enjoy a white R129 SL500 - and within a few days the ad arrived on my doorstep on the other side of the Atlantic. Brilliant service, really felt looked after.
