Return Policy

Unframed Ads
Returns are accepted for unframed ads, if they are in new condition as you received it, within 30 days of purchase. The customer will have to pay for the return shipping fees back to me. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected, and the refund will be processed within a few business days. To start a return, please contact me at nick@adpatina.com.

Framed Ads
As all of my ads are highly curated, individually custom framed, and personalized, all sales for framed ads are final. Please contact me at nick@adpatina.com, if you have any questions or are dissatisfied with your purchase. I want to work with you and in certain cases, I may offer to buy back the framed ad if in new condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at nick@adpatina.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
